Trentino DOC

Since decades Cabernet has been successfully grown in Trentino. The deep, silty-loamy and fertile territories are the most suitable for this variety. On the Avisian Hills are produced particularly rich grapes in color and structure.

Cabernet Simboli has a complex aroma of red fruits and spicy notes. At the palate the body is full, soft and velvety.
