Rosso dei Sorni

The Sorni vineyard area lies north of Lavis, in the heart of the Colline Avisiane (Avisio hills), where the soil and climate characterise the grapes cultivated to produce the Rosso dei Sorni.
Ruby red colouring with violet hues when young, slightly vinous, with a fruity bouquet of wild berries (especially raspberries) and a marked hint of violet. The taste is warm, dry, slightly tannic and pleasant overall. The good structure of this wine allows to preserve its freshness and enjoyability in time. The result is an authentically pleasing red wine.

Food pairing
It is the excellent accompaniment throughout any meal, from pasta dishes well-seasoned with sauces and game, to white and red meat dishes in general. Also great with medium-aged and not excessively spicy cheeses.
